French Language Immersion Programs

The French language immersion programs that Abbey Road Overseas Programs offers are fantastic. They are geared to be a summer experience for high school aged children.

The 2006 summer French language immersion programs include a French residential immersion program from July 1st through August 2nd. The prerequisite for this course is three years of French language study and is open to students in Grades 10-12. The travel during this course includes Avignon, Cassis, Nîmes and four nights in Paris.

The 2006 summer French language immersion programs also include a French immersion and homestay program. This course runs from July 1st through July 26th. The prerequisite for this course is one year of French language study and is open to students in Grades 8-10. The travel during this course includes Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Eze and four nights in Paris.

Also in the list of 2006 summer French language immersion programs is a French language pre-college program. This course runs from July 1st through August 2nd. The course is open to students in Grades 10-12. The travel during this course includes Nice, Monaco, Antibes, Grasse and four nights in Paris.

There is another French immersion and homestay program in the list of 2006 summer French language immersion programs. This course runs from July 1st through August 2nd. The prerequisite for this course is two years of French language study and is open to students in Grades 10-12. The travel during this course includes Aix, Avignon, Marseille and four nights in Paris.

The intensive French language immersion and homestay program at St-Laurent-Du-Var is the only course with the prerequisite of four years of French language study. It is open to students in Grades 10-12. The travel during this course includes Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Eze and four nights in Paris.
